Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach

The Pleasure Beach Great Yarmouth is an amusement park located in the seaside resort town of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, on the English east coast. It opened in 1909. The largest and most popular ride at the park is the wooden Roller Coaster which opened in 1932.

Pleasure Beach offers huge fun for all the family, from white-knuckle rides to traditional attractions, there really is something for everyone!

The park is a pay-to-enter attraction. All visitors (riders and non-riders) will need a valid entrance ticket. Standard admission is £15 per person and those under 3’s are free.

 

The Hippodrome

The Hippodrome Circus in Great Yarmouth was built by the showman George Gilbert in 1903 and designed by architect Ralph Scott Cockrill. It is one of only two purpose-built permanent circuses in England still in operation, and one of only three in the world with a circus floor that sinks into a pool
